תם ולא נשלם , השבוע חגגנו את סיומו של הפרויקט בחברת הוריזון – מערכות הספק Horizon Electronics , שהחליטו בתחילת השנה לצעוד לתחום של טרנספומציה דיגיטלית במפעל ההרכבות של החברה והחליטו להשתתף בתכנית של Techfactory המובלת ע"יGoogle ו Elevation התוצאות לאחר 7 חודשים עלו על כל הציפיות, התפוקות עלו ב 30% , הרווחיות עלתה , פגישות הייצור התקצרו והתיעלו, והעובדים מאותגרים ביעדים ברי השגה ומחויבותם לחברה עלתה. כשמנסים לסכם מה היתה הסיבה להצלחה זה מתחיל בחזון ובמנהיגות של המנכ"ל Aviran Weisler , בנחישות וברתימת העובדים בחברה של הסמנכ"ל Roy Ziv ומנהל התפ"י Amir Orlovsky ובשיתוף פעולה נדיר של חברת Briefery בראשה עומד David Ackerman – שתמכו בהטמעת המערכת לניהול קו ההרכבות ה MES באמת בצורה ראויה לציון . טרנספורמציה דיגיטלית כחלק מהתפיסה הרחבה של "תעשייה חכמה 4.0" במהותה איננה הטכנולוגיה אלא תפיסת ההנהלה ושימת דגש על המרכיב האנושי. טק פאקטורי המובל ע"י גוגל ו ELEVATION בניצוחו של Gal Koll – רקחו תמהיל של הכשרת עובדים במערכות BI , ניהול כ"א ושיווק יחד עם בחירת פרויקט והצמדת מנטור ,וביחד עם הנהלה מחויבת ומאוד מקצועית הביאו לתוצאה מדהימה לחברה. תודה לכולם

The results after 7 months exceeded all expectations, outputs increased by 30%, profitability increased, production meetings were shortened and streamlined, and employees were challenged in achievable goals and their commitment to the company increased.
When trying to sum up what was the reason for the success it starts with the vision and leadership of CEO Aviran Weisler, the determination and recruitment of employees in the company of VP Roy Ziv and the production manager, Amir Orlovsky and a rare collaboration of Briefery headed by David Ackerman - who supported the implementation of the system at the production line, The MES really is noteworthy.
Digital transformation as part of the broad concept of "Smart Industry 4.0" is essentially not technology but the concept of management and an emphasis on the human component.
Tech Factory led by Google and ELEVATION led by Gal Koll - concocted a mix of training employees in BI systems, CA management and marketing along with project selection and mentoring, and together with committed and very professional management brought an amazing result to the company.
